# spinw.clearcache method

## Syntax
 
`clearcache(obj)`
 
## Description
 
`clearcache(obj)` clears the cache that contains
precalculated magnetic structure and bond symmetry operators.
It is not necessary to clear the cache at any point as SpinW
clears it whenever necessary.
