# spinw.symop method

## Syntax
  
`op = symop(obj)`
  
## Description
  
`op = symop(obj)` generates the rotation matrices that transform single
ion anisotropy, g-tensor and exchange interaction matrices between
symmetry equivalent positions (on atoms or bond centers). The results are
cached.
